Pricing FAQs

The setup fee covers the creation of your managed QR asset page, configuration of the short link, and the first year of hosting. You receive a unique QR code to engrave or print onto your asset tag and a dashboard to manage the page content.

Each managed page requires an annual renewal to remain active. You will receive advance notice before your renewal date. If the subscription is not renewed, the page will stop resolving after a grace period. You can download your asset data at any time.

No — tag pricing is quoted separately from page hosting. Physical tags (engraved, printed or adhesive) are priced based on material, size, quantity, and environment. Contact us for a combined quote for pages and tags together.

Yes — you can upgrade from Basic to Standard or Standard to Compliance at any time. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal period. Contact our team to discuss plan changes and any applicable adjustments.
